In 1999, International Fine Arts Institute organized the first International Barbershop Harmony Choral Festival in Saint Petersburg. This event now is in its eleventh season and has become the most successful summer choral festival in Saint Petersburg. Since 1999, the festival attracted more than 2000 barbershop singers from USA, 600 from Canada, 1000 from all over the Russia. Designers of the Festival are the Ministry of Culture (Russian Federation) and the International Fine Arts Institute (USA).

FESTIVAL FORMAT
PERFORMANCES:
- Official Presentation of the Festival for the participants,
government officials, mass media and VIP
- Opening and closing concerts in one of the most prestigious St. Petersburg's concert halls

XIX century concert halls and cathedrals
